Your product is great! I had a hysterectomy at 43 years old and I was in hell. I am a Registered Nurse so I pretty much new that I was going to need some kind of HRT. I did it for 4 months and gained 25lbs. I have tried all available OTC products that I could find. I even went to Chinatown for some pure natural herbs. Nothing worked until your product. It is the middle of a heat wave here in New York, temperature not less than 95 degrees for the last 10 days and I feel great!

I am very excited about the results of this product. I stopped - cold turkey - taking my bio-identical estrogen/progesterone prescription about 5 days before commencing Amberen. Day 1 of Amberen, I was beginning to feel the old PMS feelings coming back; Day 2 on Amberen I experienced 2 vague hot flashes; Day 3 all symptoms from going off my bio-identicals stopped. By day 7 on Amberen, I can't believe the mental clarity I'm experiencing again!!!! It is like a veil is lifting and I'm beginning to feel some of the old me coming back... this after only 7 days on Amberen and going off the bio-identical hormone treatments cold turkey!!!! I'm also noticing a calmness I haven't had in years - the edginess is gone. I'm hoping the extra weight will start to drop soon - so far, no results there yet, but it's not been 2 weeks yet! Thank you for the response. I ordered 2 - 90 day courses after I completed my first 90 day supply, so I have some on hand. My symptoms were pronounced, so I went back on it 30 days after going off. Maybe after this 90 day course I can wait longer. I'm so glad I have your product. I can't imagine going through menopause without it. We need to let others know that there are effective alternatives to HRT. Thank you all for your assistance and advice.

In looking over the Internet, there's a lot of talk about Amberen. I think that a lot of women are a little nervous about trying it, as was myself. My positive statement about Amberen is TRUE! I have never been one who is consistent in taking any sort of pills, vitamins, what have you. But I will not miss one day of taking Amberen because IT WORKS and WORKS QUICKLY! When I first found about Amberen about one month ago, I sent out emails of the product along with the clinical report. My friends and co-workers were as excited as myself. I am the first to start the Amberen among those that I told, and they have been watching me closely for a little more than two weeks. They see the difference in me and I tell them that Amberen is doing just what you said it would do. Their desk fans are still going all day at work, mine stays off now. What a great product. Customer Care, I hope this is the place to report my results with Amberen. Thank you, I received my first box of Amberen last Friday. I took my first dose that night. I noticed that I slept through the night with no hot flashe! I am so ecstatic! I have only been taking the product for a few days and I noticed the difference in the first few days! I am only 40 years old but noticed that my menopause symptoms were coming on fast the last few years. Yuck! My doctor says that my estrogen hormone test showed that I was only at an 8 level, which is terribly low for someone my age. I was devastated. I was thinking about getting on bio identical hormones but really hated to have to give my body something that it should be making on its own. It is a prayer answered that I found Amberen... I am amazed at how fast my body has responded to it. Thank you again. I am so pleased with my results. I was taking prescribed hormones at the start of menopause because I saw what my mom went through and didn’t want to experience any of the discomfort of hot flashes, etc. While on the hormones I never got a hot flash so I never thought about coming off of them until my doctor suggested I do because of the risk of breast cancer. As soon as I did the hot flashes began and I felt miserable. I tried over the counter remedies and after my body adjusted to them I started to feel a little better but not quite great. Then I saw the email from Amberen and thought I’d give it a try. I decided on Course B because I wanted results right away. I don’t like to feel sweaty (unless I’m working out in the gym). When I took the Amberen I felt like I did when I was on the hormones – great. Then I decided to try Course A to see if maybe I could cut my dosage in half and so far it’s working. I’m feeling great and hot flashes are no longer a worry to me.

Hi. I have been on Amberen for about 3 or 4 weeks now. I have been taking a double dose (2 white, 2 orange) per day, for people with bad symptoms, as per your instruction brochure in the packet. I have noticed a dramatic decrease in the number of hot flashes that I have a day and am now down to only one or two a day. My mood changes are better but still not great, my energy seems quite good.
