Terms and Conditions for In-Home Trial
Today, you will pay $7.99 S&H to receive your full 90-day course of Amberen (valued at $149.97). Enjoy Amberen and our FREE nurse-assisted customer care for a period of 30 days following this order. If you are satisfied, simply continue with your 90-day Amberen course and on the 31st day from the date of your purchase, we will apply a one-time charge of $149.97 to your card.
If you're not completely satisfied with Amberen, simply cancel your order by calling us at 800-222-3304 (M-F 9 AM to 5 PM PST) during your 30-day free trial period, and return the two unopened, shrink-wrapped packs of Amberen postmarked by the 30th day from your date of purchase. Your credit card will not be charged and there will be no cancellation fees of any kind. Even if you do cancel, one pack of Amberen, valued at $49.99 is yours to keep FREE and you will have no further obligation.
Calling us to cancel your In-Home trial is not required, but highly recommended if you postmark your return close to the 30-day mark. Please note that your physical return must be postmarked by the 30th day from your date of purchase in order to receive your refund in the event your scheduled payment is processed before we receive your return.
Terms and Conditions for Regular Purchase
Your purchase of Amberen is protected by our 30-day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product, simply cancel your order by calling us at 800-222-3304 (M-F 9 AM to 5 PM PST) during your 30-day Money Back Guarantee period and return the two unopened, shrink-wrapped packs of Amberen postmarked by the 30th day from your date of purchase. If you do decide to cancel, the one pack of Amberen, valued at $49.99, is yours to keep FREE and you will have no further obligation.
The purchase of a single box of Amberen ($49.99) is not covered by the 30-day Money Back Guarantee.
Shipping Terms and Conditions
Lunada Biomedical makes every effort to ensure customer orders are received in a timely fashion. The “Risk-Free, Try Before You Buy” offer requires signature delivery, no exceptions.
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays).
All FedEx delivery requests must be placed by 12:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, to be qualified for same-day shipping. Please note, all delivery times are estimates and Lunada Biomedical is not responsible for delays due to weather, delivery carrier factors, customer error, holiday-related delays, or any other unforeseen factors.

FedEx Express options are for Monday through Friday delivery only; Lunada Biomedical does not offer FedEx Saturday or Weekend delivery. Lunada Biomedical is unable to provide estimates for International Shipping times, and is not responsible for customs or other fees imposed by the destination country. Shipping charges (including international surcharges) are NOT refundable. Only one return per person/household will be honored.
